If there is an emergency situation that requires immediate assistance, we will be onsite within 45 minutes.

Before water damage begins to grow mold, which can happen in 24 hours, or openings in the roof or windows cause further damage, we will immediately deploy initial mitgation techniques. In emergency situations this step often comes first to prevent potential dangerous situations.

Our crew gets to work further removing mositure and making sure smoke and soot are removed for a safe breathing evironment. We also thouroughly clean the ductwork and if needed will communicte all further unseen needs that may arrise with your insurance company to ensure coverage.

Some belongings need to come back to our shop for professional, deep cleaning. We will work hard to save every item possible where financially responsive. In some cases, we need to work with your insureance company to make sure new, replacment items are credited for your shopping needs.

The final reconstruction phase makes your space whole again. Our professional contractors will make sure your dryway, insulations, painting, finish carpentry all the way to your roofing is back in working order and ready to help you get back to living. After complete, we will recieve final payment from your insurance provider.
