The Insurance Process
When it comes to a stressful situation in your home due to fire, water, or storm damage, we know the last thing you want to be worried about is dealing with insurance. From start to finish, our team works together with your insurace company to make sure everything goes according to plan, your home is fully restored and the costs are covered according to your policy.

Contact Us With Your Damage Concerns
We will discuss the details of your damage project and typically make a recommendation that you contact your insurance provider to find out if the damage is covered. We can answer your questions and guide you as to what to expect when your call your agent or claim hotline. If there is an emergency situation that requires immediate assistance, we will be onsite within 45 minutes.

Receive the Claim Number From Your Insurance
From this point on, we will take care of everything. We have excellent working relationships with insurance adjusters and will work on your behalf to make sure every part of your project is covered per your policy. We use the same software as insurance companies and know what specific details they need to approve your claim.

Clean and restore belongings.
Some belongings need to come back to our shop for professional, deep cleaning. We will work hard to save every item possible where financially responsive. In some cases, we need to work with your insureance company to make sure new, replacment items are credited for your shopping needs.
6.
Restore the damaged area.
The final reconstruction phase makes your space whole again. Our professional contractors will make sure your dryway, insulations, painting, finish carpentry all the way to your roofing is back in working order and ready to help you get back to living. After complete, we will recieve final payment from your insurance provider.
